Automatic 5 cycle 3/4" Valve. Pipe adapter options given below, motor single phase 240V, 50Hz. 255 Valves are supplied complete with Air-Check Assembly, and tank o-ring.
Injector and backwash assembly are supplied but need to be specified on order relating to tank size.
"Commander" control is a microprocessor with NOVRAM that replaces standard clock timer to initiate and sequence a regeneration upon a signal from the microprocessor. (No battery back-up required).
Covers are not included with 255 Valves.

The 180 Control valve is a 1 1/2", 5-cycle or 3-cycle valve designed for softener or filter application. The valve is of brass construction, piston operated and is available in top or side mount configuration. Control options include 440 Time Clock, 450 Impulse Control or the 480QC Stand Alone Microprocessor used in conjunction with the 450 Impulse Control with QC Cable. Single phase 240V, 50Hz.

The Magnum Cv is a valve designed for versatility of application and superior flow performance. It may be applied as a 3-cycle filter valve or a 5-cycle softener valve. Noryl in construction and top mount in configuration, the Magnum Cv offers 1 1/2" inlet/outlet and drain connections. A flapper valve pilot system is used to control face seal diaphragm valves during regeneration and the valve offers an integral "No Hard Water Bypass" option.
Control options include the 942 Series Timer, 962 Series Microprocessor or the 952 Series impulse Timer for use with the 480QC Microprocessor Control.

The 172 control valve is a 2" side mount valve designed for 3-cycle filter or 5-cycle softener application. The valve is Noryl in construction and side mount in configuration and offers 2" inlet/outlet. Control options include 440 Time Clock, 450 Impulse Control or the 480QC Stand Alone Microprocessor used in conjunction with the 450 Impulse Control with QC Cable.

Regeneration Switch Kits
Used to send an electrical signal during regeneration to operate a solenoid valve to prevent hard water bypass during regeneration or to turn off RO pump. Kits include switch, bracket, new cam segments and instructions.

480QC Microprocessor Control
The 168 Autotwin is a Twin-Tank alternating demand control system suitable for light industrial or commercial applications requiring conditioned water 100% of the time. It can be used with tanks up to 14" in diameter with 70
litres of resin each for 75,000 grain maximum capacity. Maximum flow is 10 to 12 GPM. Consists of two 168 Series 5-cycle valves which are controlled by a 24V 50Hz Microprocessor, interconnecting pipework and two normally
closed solenoid valves.
NOTE: 240VAC - 24VAC Transformer will be required

The Magnum Cv Twin Alternating configuration is similar in operation to the 480QC D-2 system. It comprises one Magnum Cv control valve with a 962 Microprocessor control and one with a 952 Slave control which provide constant conditioned water. The Twin Alternating system is only available with the "No Hard Water Bypass" option.

480QC Microprocessor Control - "Stand Alone"
Volume based demand controller used to measure the amount of treated water and initiate regeneration for water softeners at a predefined setpoint. The 480QC may also be used in a similar manner to initiate a backwash cycle for filter systems.
The 480QC offers "Quick-Connect" fittings at the bottom of the enclosure with completed internal wiring to simplify installation. When used in conjunction
with the "Quick Connect" cable, installation and servicing is made uncomplicated and less time consuming.
AQUACORP supply these controllers standard with the water-tight NEMA 4 enclosure and we also include the "Quick Connect" cable/s required.

730 Series Semi-Automatic Deionizer Control
Semi-Automatic separate bed deionizer with nominal flow rates from 2 to 6 USGPM, (approx. 7.5 to 22.7 litres p/min.) with exchange capacity from 20 to 40 kilograins. Low power requirement, push-button regeneration,continuous visual monitoring, safety quality rinse cycle and automatic shut off in case of power failure. Consists of two hydraulic 5-cycle control valves operated by integral impulse timers and electrical control assembly, necessary solenoid valves and diaphragm valves.

7700 Series Automatic Deionizer Controls
7710 and 7720 Automatic separate bed deionizers offer service flow rates from 2 to 7 USGPM, (approx. 7.6 to 26.5 litres p/min.) with exchange capacity of 20 to 70 kilograins. 7750 and 7760 Automatic separate bed deionizers have service flow rates up to 10 USGPM. Consists of two reliable 1" 168 series valves to offer medium sized performance, electronics and displays, diaphragm and solenoid valves. The 7720 and 7760 controls are for simultaneous regeneration and so require a source of softened water for anion regeneration. 771 OT, 7720T, 7750T and 7760T are tandem units that utilise one set of electronics to control two sets of tanks.

tanks.
